Wash Hub No. 1 - Rorya

Shirati, Rorya District

WASH Hub No. 1 is Maji Safi Group's original brainchild and our first fully operational integrated community development center. It is located in Randa Village, Rorya District, Mara Region, only 20 kilometers from MSG’s Head Offices. Beautifully situated on two acres of arable land, it serves as a destination for clean water access, WASH education, agricultural training, and livelihood development. Since 2022, we have piloted our ideas here and continue to build a scalable model that puts MSG programming and growth at the nexus between Agriculture | Nutrition | WASH (ANWA).

Designed as a sustainable community resource, the WASH Hub strengthens public health, builds local capacity and entrepreneurship, and promotes long-term economic and climate resilience across surrounding villages and beyond.

WASH Hub No. 1 is located directly on the Utegi-Shirati road.
